It's all a beginning to me I had a lot of bad experience with the Verso's Reality here in Mobile Alabama. The heating and air conditioner units have not worked since 2022 Hurricane's and I don't believe any of the smokes detectors ever works. Most of the units are collapsible due to poor Maintenance. I spoken to Mr, Carl and he's the new owner who said he was going to try and fixed everything which is a improvement and I will give him the benefits of the doubts.
